  • CAGE - Coatings Alternative Guide
    The Coating Alternatives Guide (CAGE), is a pollution prevention tool for small- and medium-sized businesses and State technical assistance program representatives. CAGE is an Expert System and information base designed to recommend low-emitting alternative coating technologies to coatings users. In addition, CAGE provides summarized information on recommended alternatives. The system asks the user several questions about their current coating process and tries to match up alternatives that fit the user's operating conditions.

  • Paint and Coatings.com(New)
    Paint and Coatings has been developed expressly for coatings technologists and scientists working in the paint and coatings industries, including inks and thick film printable conductors. Its audience is comprised of chemical engineers, process engineers, chemists, coatings business managers and executives, laboratory personnel, production personnel and others involved in coatings manufacture and services for the coatings industry. Specific industries include paint, ink, organic and inorganic pigments, additives, polymer production, production of specialty chemicals, pollution prevention, hazardous waste control and other types of environmental protection.
  • Metal Finishing - The On-Line Finishers Resource
    Metal Finishing is a resource for suppliers, metal finishers, engineers, end-users, specifiers and other professionals who need metal finishing information. This site contains searchable databases for company and product data along with related information for the metal finishing industry. New features include web pages for on-line catalogs, new products, announcements for developments in technology, classifieds for used equipment, chemical, and metals, and much more.
  • The National Metal Finishing Resource Center
    The National Metal Finishing Resource Center, an Ohio EPA Office of Pollution Prevention top site was created to serve the needs the of the metal finishing industry and their technical assistance providers. The Center offers pollution prevention and compliance assistance information, creates a forum for information exchange, and helps bring together customers with needs and providers who can supply them.
  • Paint and Coatings Resource Center
    Provided by National Center for Manufacturing Sciences and U.S. EPA.

  • Paints and Coatings Recyclers(New)
    Provided by Ohio EPA, lists recyclers and organizations that accept paint in Ohio and elsewhere.

  • Pollution Solutions in Painting
    Pollution Solutions provides p2 solutions and material substitution information for the painting industry.

  • Powder Coating Institute(New)
    The Powder Coating Institute (PCI), representing the North
    American powder coating industry, promotes powder coating
    technology and communicates the benefits of powder coating to
    manufacturers, consumers, and government. 

  • RadTech International
    RadTech International North America is a nonprofit trade association with members from companies that supply UV/EB equipment, raw materials and formulated products, and other individuals interested in or involved in UV/EB curing technology.
