Multi-County and Other Public Notices
Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) public notices that are too lengthy to be included in the county-by-county listing, or that apply to more than one county can be found by selecting the links below. The notices are posted by week under “Multi-county and Other Public Notices by Week”.
To locate a notice that appeared in the newspaper, select the link(s) with dates that fall on or before the publication date in the newspaper.
The public notices included under these links can be searched using the search function in the upper right hand corner of this web page. To narrow the search results, type “public notice” along with the name and address of the facility, the permit or facility identification number or other detailed information in the search box and then select the “>” icon.
After selecting a link from the dates below or the through the search function a PDF document will open with one or more public notices. To search for a specific item in the PDF document, select the Microsoft Internet Explorer “Edit” icon on the upper left hand side of the web browser tool bar. Select “Find on this Page” from the drop down list and type the facility name, identification number, or other search term in the search box. You can use the drop down menu and “Find Next” and “Find Previous” icons beside the find text box to locate the search term within the PDF document.
