Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft Moxahala Creek Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on March 15, 2012.
Many of the documents referenced in the TMDL report can be found on the Forms and Publications page.
The following documents provide background information on the Moxahala Creek watershed. Ohio EPA is not requesting comments on these documents.
