After considering comments on the May 5, 2010 proposed rules, the Agency has revised and refiled the rules with the Ohio General Assembly's Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR). The refiled rules and response to comments on the proposed rules are available below. More information about proposed rules is on the Register of Ohio website. Following the review by JCARR, the agency will adopt the final rules.

The refiled proposed rules are provided for your information. The Agency is not requesting comments on the refiled proposed rules.
