The draft rules are available below. Notice has been sent out for interested party review. After considering comments and making changes, if necessary, to the rules, a public hearing and another public comment period will be scheduled in late 2011.
At this time the Agency is soliciting comments on draft rules addressing the administrative requirements for the development and implementation of water quality trading programs in Ohio. Minor revisions to the rules are being considered, including updates to references and grammatical edits, for eight of the rules. No changes are planned at this time for six of the rules in this chapter.
