• Ohio EPA Annual Mercury PMP Report (PDF 1.0MB) and Appendices (PDF 1.1MB) – The goal of the pollutant minimization program (PMP) is to move a POTW towards compliance with the water quality based effluent limits for mercury.  The annual report should identify individual facilities or targeted groups within the sectors covered by the PMP and provide the status of these facilities with respect to the program’s goals.  These forms are meant to provide a more defined and descriptive way for the POTW to report this information to Ohio EPA.  The Appendices include forms that the POTW can use in implementing some of the elements of its PMP.  A POTW is not required to use these templates and may choose an alternate method or format for submitting this information.

• A Guide to Mercury Reduction in Industrial and Commercial Settings [PDF 359K] - A July 2001 report prepared by three steel mills, the Delta Institute and the Lake Michigan Forum. It includes the results of a mercury reduction initiative and provides guidance to suppliers and other industrial facilities to assist in mercury reduction efforts.
