hearing on a draft National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)
general permit that would authorize storm water discharges from construction
activities disturbing one or more acres of land that are located within specific
portions of the Olentangy River watershed. This is the second draft of this
general permit to be public noticed for comment. This draft permit contains
significant changes to the original draft permit that was public noticed on
March 12, 2007. The Draft General Permit for Storm Water Associated with
Construction Activity Located within Portions of the Olentangy River Watershed
includes additional requirements, beyond current statewide construction storm
water general permit requirements, to address recommendations of the Total
Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for the Olentangy River watershed.
The Ohio EPA permit number should appear next to the above address on the envelope and on each page of any submitted comments. See the documents below for more information.
