Ohio EPA C&DD Rule Update

Ohio EPA is in the process of revising its C&DD disposal regulations in response to legislative changes that occurred in late December 2005 and numerous comments received through the end of 2006 on the draft regulations published in August of 2006. Ohio EPA has been carefully considering the comments, gathering additional information, and analyzing data since the beginning of 2007.  The C&DD rule drafting process is actively progressing.  Ohio EPA anticipates that the rules will be made available for public review and comment in the fall of 2009.
