Proposed Rules

The “Set K” rules were proposed (originally filed) on 11/30/2011. The public notice contains a list of the hazardous waste management rules in this package, the subjects addressed in this rule-making, and information regarding the public comment period and submitting comments.
To access the rules, please go to the Register of Ohio and select either the Environmental Protection Agency rule number of choice, or the original file date of 11/30/2011. Ohio EPA does not have a downloadable package.
