DHWM carries out Ohio's authorized hazardous waste management program under the authority of Subtitle C of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Chapter 3734 of the Ohio Revised Code, and Chapters 3745-50 through 57, 65 through 69, 205, 256, 266 and 270, 273, and 279 of the Ohio Administrative Code. DHWM also carries out Ohio's Cessation of Regulated Operations (CRO) program under the authority of Chapter 3752 of the Ohio Revised Code and Chapter 3745-352 of the Ohio Administrative Code.
