Ohio EPA’s eBusiness Center — Ohio EPA's eBusiness Center (eBiz) is a secure portal for the regulated community and consultants to electronically complete and file Ohio EPA-related reports and permit applications. National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) — This permit program addresses water pollution by regulating point sources that discharge  pollutants to waters of the United States. Created in 1972 by the Clean Water Act, U.S. EPA delegates program responsibilities such as permitting,  administrative and enforcement aspects to state governments.

Surface Water Tracking, Reporting and Electronic Application Management System (STREAMS) — This is a secure electronic service available through Ohio EPA’s eBusiness Center for submitting various Division of Surface Water (DSW) permit applications and fee payments, conducting permit approvals and for various compliance and reporting tasks.
