If you are currently covered under Ohio EPA’s Industrial Storm Water General Permit, it’s important to know that your permit expired on December 31, 2016. Ohio EPA’s Division of Surface Water is finalizing a new general permit. Please know that your operations will remain covered until you’ve had a chance to renew coverage.
