3745-34-52   Area of review.

For the purposes of class I hazardous waste wells, this rule shall apply to
the exclusion of rule 3745-34-32 of the Administrative Code.  The area of
review for class I hazardous waste injection wells shall be a two-mile radius
around the well bore.  The director may specify a larger area of review
based on the calculated cone of influence of the well.
