3745-34-50  Criteria and standards for class I injection wells.

The requirements set forth in rule 3745-34-50 to 3745-34-62 of the
Administrative Code apply to owners and operators of class I hazardous
waste injection wells, and in some cases, the owners and operators of all
class I injection wells.  These rules supplement the requirements set forth in
rules 3745-34-01, 3745-34-04, 3745-34-32 to 3745-34-39 of the
Administrative Code.
