Oil and Gas Well-Site Production Operations (GP 12)
These links are used for determining qualification for and/or applying for a model general permit (GP) for oil and gas well-site production operations. This model GP has been developed to include all operations involved in an oil and gas well site during the production phase of the well. Unlike other model GPs that are written for a single air contaminant source, this one includes a glycol dehydration unit, natural gas and diesel engines, fixed roof storage tanks, flares, and ancillary equipment.
Permits are available in Microsoft Word [DOC] and Adobe Reader [PDF] formats.
