PTI

A Permit To Install is required for installation of disposal systems such as sanitary sewers, wastewater treatment works and commercial on-lot disposal systems with a flow of greater than 1000 gallons per day.

Submission checklist 

Non-refundable fees include a $100 application fee plus a plan review fee of $100 plus 0.65 percent of the project cost (max $15,100).

On-site Treatment Systems – A soil survey is required to complete the technical review for these systems.  A soil survey may be obtained by contacting a soil scientist.  For more information go to:  http://www.ohiopedologist.org
