Downloadable Lists of Dischargers Covered under Ohio EPA's NPDES General Permits

Ohio EPA has issued a final renewal of the general National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit that may potentially provide coverage to discharges from petroleum corrective actions in the state of Ohio.

This permit is a renewal of coverage for dischargers under the following permits:

  • OHU000002 [PDF 131K] - coverage granted prior to January 1, 2005
  • OHU000003 [PDF 60K] - coverage granted after January 1, 2005 
  • OHU000004 [PDF 115K] - coverage granted after January 1, 2006

Those permittees currently covered by permits OHU000002, OHU000003 and OHU000004 need to apply for renewal coverage. To maintain coverage under this general permit, we must have received your renewal Notice-of-Intent by March 17, 2011. See the letter to general permit holders [PDF 50K] for more information.
